Our step-by-step guide provides eight simple steps to help you successfully achieve Kiper homeownership, from choosing your plan to receiving the keys to your kingdom:

  1. Get Informed

It is very common during the homebuying process to select your dream home on platforms such as Zillow! To make this easier, we offer an exclusive VIP registration opportunity for all communities. This privileged access allows buyers to earn a head start and receive valuable information about events, ongoing sales and home releases before the general public. No more constantly checking sites for new updates!

  1. Find Your Perfect Home

Once you’ve chosen the ideal home plan with the ideal number of bedrooms and bathrooms, it’s time to put your personal touch on it with our talented team! We work closely with you to help you select the ideal homesite, choose preferred upgrades, and more. We work closely with you to ensure the design and loan promise meets your needs! Don’t hesitate to ask questions – we are here to assist you.

  1. Design Your Dream Space

After determining the layout of your future life, it is time to meet with the Kiper Homes Design Center to select the best color palette. Our team works hard to offer buyers diverse customization options, from electrical and security systems to wood railings, countertops, carpeting, cabinetry, home theater packages and more. Our team of experts will work closely to select the colors, upgrades and selections that work best together.

  1. Moving Forward

You will receive a written notice of your home’s completion approximately 30 days before closing. At Kiper Homes, we promise to finish construction promptly, ensuring a smoother transition into your home. We understand that knowing your closing date well in advance reduces stress when preparing for your move.

 

  1. The Kiper Homes Quality Check

Before your final walkthrough, our team conducts a meticulous quality control inspection to ensure that your new home functions properly and meets the Kiper quality code. Following the walkthrough, your home is thoroughly cleaned.

  1. Homeowner Orientation

Exactly one week before closing, we will contact you to schedule a homeowner orientation and your closing date. At this orientation, you will meet with a Kiper Homes customer service representative to walk through your new home. Our team will also select a date 30 to 45 days out for your closing and organize the walk-through one week before closing. This is also the perfect opportunity to review all appliances, systems and amenities in your new residence and ask any questions! Please use this time to also address any concerns.

The final cleaning of your home will take place following the walk-through and before your official closing date.

  1. Closing Day is Here!

The big day is finally here! Once the title company confirms the closing of your home, Kiper Homes will contact you to pick up the keys. Congratulations!
