James Williams
Williams joined the Kiper Homes team 12 years ago, bringing over 20 years of new home construction customer service experience. His patience and communication skills make him a valuable member of the Kiper Homes team.
“Most days, we get to meet with our homeowners and help take care of their issues and teach them things they may not know about their wonderful home,” said Williams. “It’s always rewarding to see them smile and feel confident that Kiper Homes is here for them whenever needed.”
Williams spends his workday answering phone calls and emails from customers, offering them quick, thoughtful responses that ease any uncertainty during the homebuying process. His favorite aspect of his job is seeing customers get excited during the walk-throughs of their homes.
Williams said, “With Kiper Homes, I always have the support and the right tools to deliver excellent customer service and I always feel appreciated and rewarded for all we do. It is a great family to be a part of!”
Jeff Johnson
Johnson is a customer service professional boasting 20 years of experience in the northern California home construction market. His workday consists of quality control, communicating with customers and trades, organizing documentation and scheduling repairs.
Johnson said, “I always strive to be available and honest, to stay patient, to ask precise questions and to communicate and follow up.”
He shared that the most essential parts of his job are addressing customers with compassion and understanding their concerns. Throughout the homebuying process, he checks in with customers frequently, ensuring they are satisfied with resolutions and following up on any additional requests.
Johnson enjoys working with returning buyers because there is already an established relationship and he can help bring their new dream homes to life.
“I am proud to work for Kiper Homes and try to exemplify that in my service,” said Johnson. “Quality and attention to detail throughout the home, backed with an excellent customer service experience, makes the Kiper difference.”
Kelly Moriarty
Moriarty joined the Kiper Homes team in 2021, bringing a fresh perspective on customer service. She is new to the new home construction industry and appreciates collaborating with her team to find answers for customers.
“I know our team truly cares for their homeowners,” said Moriarty. “I believe our success is due, in part, to the fact that we are constantly communicating with each other to find the best resolution to our homeowners’ issues.”
She loves coming to work every day because of the customer service team and the fantastic Kiper Homes buyers. Each day brings new challenges that allow her to learn more about the industry.
Moriarty said, “I am proud to be a part of the Kiper Homes Customer Service Team and look forward to many more years collaborating with them and our homeowners!”
Ken Stas
Before working for Kiper Homes, Stas was a field tech and Eurodesign/Royal cabinets supervisor. He has been a crucial member of the Kiper Homes team for over 10 years, working in preparation and detail, quality assurance and customer service.
Stas said, “I enjoy working for Kiper and interacting with homeowners to provide solutions to issues that may arise.”
